Grade 12 Development Program

This is a cutting-edge grade 12 development program that focuses on the holistic preparation of a grade 12 learner for the year ahead. Using best in class goal setting techniques, planning resources, personal management tools, and study methodologies to better equip the learners to have their year under control, in perspective, and prepared for.

This program is structured as a 4- session contact program which is ideal for before the beginning of the year or alternatively the first few weeks of the year. However, we work on the school’s schedule and discretion.

Staff Development Program

The PLI Staff Development Program is a multifaceted learning experience for school staff members. A two-day immersion program, with top tier faculty which is inclusive of world class education development experts, business school facilitators of leadership development, and distinguished current and retired corporate executives with scores of management experience, an environment that is conducive for providing peer-to-peer learning and sharing of best practices and a comprehensive team assessment for the different departments.

SMT Development Program

This is a 16-hour immersion-learning and development experience which equips, enables, and empowers SMT members to lead effectively.

Comprised of three plenary sessions + a 360-degree leadership assessment, three contact sessions with education experts, and two online sessions with teaching & learning experts from the UAE and China respectively.
